Welcome to WorldForger. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorldForger's website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

WorldForger is a platform that enables users to create, manage, and participate in online roleplay communities. The Service includes forums, chat systems, character management tools, virtual economies, and other features designed for collaborative storytelling and roleplay.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

4. User Content

By posting User Content, you grant WorldForger a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to post content that:

  • Contains harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing material

5. Community Guidelines

Each community on WorldForger may establish its own additional rules and guidelines. Community administrators are responsible for moderating their communities and enforcing their rules. WorldForger reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, regardless of community-specific rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by WorldForger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WORLDFORGER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WORLDFORGER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldForger and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WorldForger operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
